266/20-11-1980 – Issue A. The founding deed of the Foundation was amended by the decision of the Board of Directors numbered 21/6-12-1999, which was ap-

proved by the decision of the President of the Republic dated 10-12-2002, which was published in the Official Gazette 15/14-1 -2003 – Issue B.

2. Office area of 26,435 sq.m with elements 5-a on the 6th floor of an apartment building at 59 Eleftheriou Venizelou and Emmanouil Benaki streets in

Athens.

3. Office area of 106.43 sq.m with units 6-a on the 1st floor of an apartment building on Eleftherion Venizelou and Emmanuel Benaki streets in Athens.

4. Spiritual Center in Astros of the Municipality of Kynouria with a total building area of 1,674.24 sq.m. built on a plot of land of 2,296.00 sq.m.

5. Old two-storey house located on a plot of 247 sq.m in the location "Pigadaki" within the boundaries of the settlement of Agios Ioannis Astros of the

Municipality of North Kynouria

3. Capital of 964.23 euros deposited in the current account numbered 248/480031-17 of the National Bank of Greece S.A., The above amounts created from

unused balances, from all kinds of income and from interest on the funds. 4. The equipment of the Spiritual Center in Astros of the Municipality of North

Kynouria (tables - seats - lighting - sound - air conditioners, etc. - office and library furniture - national costumes, etc.) worth an estimated 100,000.00 euros
